At The Rare Plug, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Cape Town Delivery

Orders delivered within Cape Town are eligible for same-day delivery.

Once your payment has been confirmed and your order is ready for dispatch, your order will be delivered on the same day, subject to delivery availability.

2. Delivery Outside Cape Town

For orders outside Cape Town, a flat shipping fee of R100 applies.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including their full name, contact number, and delivery address.

The Rare Plug cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
